The staff is very welcoming and provided us with recommendations for places to visit around Sarajevo. The apartment had a good space for a big family. The location was very close to everything we needed and to the city center.
The entrance was a bit creepy. The parking provided is not comfortable for a big car, the A/C was weak and was not distributed in all rooms, and the bidet in the toilet is also weak.

The location of the apartment is really good. Close to Veliki Park and 15 mins walk to Bascarsiya. The staff was very responsive and friendly. He let us to leave our bags to the garage after check out.
Although it is good apartment according to its price, the flat has 3 bedrooms that ends up with no common room (no hall to engage as a family), the kitchen is very small with limited kitchen facilities. The flat is designed only to accommodate sleeping purposes. AirCondition is most likely out of gas, it usually didn’t work properly, we kept resetting it via the power switch. Dryer machine was broken and there were no place (balcony etc) to hang the clothes up to dry them quickly.
