Alberto was really nice and helpful! And speaks English very well. Apartment is spacious and beautiful
Be aware that it’s on the third floor and there is no elevator in the building. Apartment is very well decorated with a nice little thing made of glass, so I wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. In der Wohnung war es sehr sauber und es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Mobiliar war sehr neuwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en Malmusi apartament en Módena. El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad y disfrutar de todo lo que ofrece. Pero sin duda, lo mejor fue el trato de Alberto y su hijo Filipo; muy atentos, amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar, hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Sin duda, repetiremos en nuestra próxima visita. ¡Muy recomendable!
