Overall if I went back to Modena I would definately stay again.

This is a great location if you would like to visit car country. We visited Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini and Maserati. We even got in a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory visit.

The apartment is just as advertised. It sits outside of the city center, but it is easily walkable to get to the Ferrari museum and into the historic center. It was convenient for all we wanted to do. It would have been easier to have soap and towels for the kitchen area to be able to wash dishes more easily. It can be a bit noisy, hearing other neighbors, but after 11 it is quiet.

Simona met us personally at the apartment to give us the keys and a walk around. We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. Quiet neighborhood with all the services we needed in walking distance. We had a car & there was free parking at the site. I could stay here for months!! The apartment key needs a bit of a jiggle at the end but once learned, it becomes a sweet specialty!

Simona is a great host. She arranged all the check in and allowed us to arrive early to drop off bags. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Kitchen is ideal for cooking your own meals. Keep in mind that markets are closed on Sunday afternoon! It is a bit of a walk to train station and central city, about 15 minutes.

Simona thought of everything we might need—there was a fully equipped kitchen and essentials, but also unusual touches—makeup remover wipes, a towel caddy that labels the towel of each familynember. The bed was as comfortable as at home with crisp immaculate sheets.!!Really, every detail was so well thought out. There was only one issue that was 100% *not* simona’s fault: the water in the apartment went out: simona responded immediately and fixed the issue! If you want elegant accommodations in the city center look no further. I would stay here every time. Thank you, simona, for giving us such a lovely stay!

We loved staying at Simona’s apartment- very clean - located in a quiet neighborhood on a pretty tree lined street! It was an easy 10 minute walk to the city center to spend the day exploring. Simona is also very gracious and helped us secure taxis, etc. Would definitely stay again!
