I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming apartment in the historic center of Modena, hosted by the wonderful Riccardo. From the moment I arrived, Riccardo's warm hospitality made me feel right at home. I entered the apartment using a code, which was quite interesting—no keys necessary! Just be sure to have your phone with you and charged at all times. Riccardo went above and beyond to secure a car permit for me, allowing me to park conveniently right in front of the door. This was especially fortunate given the busy period of the Euro football matches - please mind that you can't reserve the parking space, but you are allowed to enter the historic center with your car and park on free blue parkings spots. If there are no free parking spots you can always park on payable parking spots just few block away (free after 8pm). The apartment itself is located in the first flor and is reached with few steps, well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, making it suitable for both short and long stays. Whether you're planning a quick visit or an extended stay, you'll find everything you need here. The location in the heart of Modena's historic center is unbeatable, offering easy access to local attractions, dining, and shopping. There are few bars just few steps away. There was a minor issue with the shower (low water pressure) during my stay, but Riccardo handled it promptly and efficiently, ensuring it didn't affect my overall experience. His responsiveness and dedication to providing a comfortable stay are truly commendable. Despite only staying for one night, I had a fantastic experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Modena, this apartment is an excellent choice.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay, but if I were to stay longer, it would be helpful to have night lamps on the bedside tables - because i like to read before going to sleep. I think some guests would appreciate this addition for added convenience and comfort during their stay.

Schlüssel lief alles per Mail: digitaler "Schlüssel" durch Zugang mit dem Mobilphone. Hat bei uns soweit gut geklappt. Ideale Lage für uns, da alles Interessante, wie Lokale, Kulturelles, Geschichtliches, Markthalle etc. fußläufig erreichbar. An der nächsten Ecke ist zwar jeden Abend (am Wochenende bis in die frühen Morgenstunden) Leben durch viele Lokale - zumindest zu unserer Besuchszeit im September, bei bestem Wetter. Aber alles sehr nett und wenn wir schlafen wollten, dadurch dass das Schlafzimmer eher nach hinten lag, überhaupt nicht störend!!

Das kleine Sofa war für zwei Personen bisschen ungeschickt. Zwischendurch eine Pause machen war da etwas unbequem. Aber wir waren eh fast nur unterwegs ;-) .

Was located in the central location. The apartment was spacious and had everything needed. Probably the best wifi we've had in Italy.

NO HEAT.. after repeated requests they said the heat doesn't go any higher. Well the heat was off since the radiators were cold and this so were we for 3 days The parking situation is treacherous you'll need to get a permit from the host and then be very careful where you park.. The bars down the street were loud and noisy. We asked for checkout at 11 which is standard instead of 10. They said NO. Also we could not get early check in. Apparently they need 5 hours to get this place ready. Not at all flexible.
