Location was very good, collection of keys was a pain having to get the taxi to drop us at old town wait why we found were key was being held ounce found were dealt with very progesionally just a pain with taxi.

Everything was perfect! Apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived. Staff also very helpful with guiding us through check in and gave clear instructions on how to get to apartment from the check in place.

Only thing I would change would be the distance between keys pick up and the apartment. Is around a 20-25 minute walk and taxi would be required if had a lot of luggage.

Location, flat, toiletries, attention to detail

Check in time at 5 is too late and check out at 10 too early, I would like to stick to the hospitality timings checking 3pm out noon.

- no tenía horno; - la recogida de llave es casi en la otra punta de la playa; - no hay WIFI (concretamente en mi caso, sin conexión a internet), en la oficina me habían dicho que sí hay WIFI. El mensaje que se mandó por WhatsApp por mí el primer día “se ha ido otra vez el WIFI”, no tuvo contestación lamentablemente. Este tipo de asuntos generan indefensión del turista a recibir una ayuda cuando la precisa - El apartamento estaba reservado para 4 adultos y 1 niño según Booking (16 años), en la mesa principal solo había 4 sillas
