Someone was waiting at the reception, I had made a mistake and the booking started a day later but he called management, we were able to pay the difference to get the room a day early so that was super helpful.
As 3 ladies in our 40s we specifically wanted somewhere good to sleep. The listing says it has 3 single beds and when we turned up there were just 2 beds in the room. At first he brought in some double sheets for the sofa bed but we said this was not acceptable as we all wanted a 'real' bed. The hotel only has 1 bedroom rooms so when you ask for 3 single beds all you get is a spare bed in the lounge - which he did and didn't impact us too much as we were all up and awake at the same time but it wasn't the point no where I don't think mentioned this in the listing. If they had we possibly might have booked a different option.
