We had such a wonderful stay in Palermo and would highly recommend this place!
The location was superb — perfectly situated for exploring Palermo and within easy reach of everything we wanted to see. Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well looked after throughout our stay.
What really made our stay special, though, were the people. Anna was absolutely lovely — so warm, friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She was always happy to see us, greeting us with a smile and a hug, and genuinely made us feel so welcome and looked after. She is such a lovely person and really added something special to our stay.
Francesco was equally fantastic. He was always on hand whenever we needed anything, communicated extremely clearly and would respond to messages within seconds! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whenever he saw us, he would always come over, shake our hands and check that everything was okay.
The combination of the fantastic location, immaculate room and genuinely warm hospitality made our stay in Palermo so enjoyable. We felt very welcome and well cared for from beginning to end.
A huge thank you to Anna, Francesco and everyone there for making our time in Palermo so memorable. We would 100% recommend staying here and would happily return. ❤️

Francesco is a super host, responsive and very friendly. The location is ideal, a few minutes from everything. Windows and balcony were well-isolated so you're not affected by the outside noise. Good building and very elegant guesthouse. Good experience overall.
Room was a bit tight but was completely fit for purpose.

The place is top. Spotless, really comfortable and extremely well located, so you can walk pretty much everywhere. Our host Francesco was the cherry on top, super helpful the whole time and always quick to answer whenever we needed anything.
Honestly nothing worth mentioning. We had a great stay from start to finish and wouldn't change a thing.
