Localização excelente, realmente muito próximo da estação, a rua é maravilhosa, muitas lojas, padarias, mercado no mesmo prédio, farmácia e um famoso crepe de Paris bem ao final da rua. Andar pela região é muito fácil e rápido, em poucos minutos estamos próx de atrações sem nem perceber que caminhamos (as crianças, inclusive). Atendimento excelente de Fábio e o apartamente tinha tudo que precisávamos para uma semana muito agradável e gostosa.
O único ponto delicado é o calção seguro que é solicitado e que demora para ser devolvido (21 dias pelo que foi informado quando fizemos a reserva. Achamos o valor elevado mas compreendemos a regra). Apesar de o prédio estar em obras, não sentimos nenhum incômodo.
