We sought out a flat in the 5th arrondissement and was delighted to find this spot. Large windows with a superb amount of natural light, with curtains that kept out the heat during the day. Very comfortable apartment and quite spacious for Paris. Lovely bedroom window looking out on greenery.

The location was great and the appartment was also nice. The host was responsive and took action immediately when we reported some issues found on appartment.

The sofa bed was not confortable and the appartment could be better cleaned. We noticed a few things were broken and communicated to host which took care of it on the 2nd day of our stay (the most problematic was that we found broken slats on the sofa bed).

Die schlichte und funktionale Einrichtung. Super ruhig und doch in einem lebendigen Quartier.

Schade, dass die schöne Wohnung eine synthetischen Bodenbelag hat.

La posizione e la pulizia

- Il divano letto dove dormivano i ragazzi aveva le doghe rotte. Comunicato al gestore, lui ha insinuato che non fosse vero e mi ha chiesto la prova con le foto invece di precipitarsi a vedere e sistemare. Una volta sistemato poi, dato che i ragazzi hanno dormito con il letto “sfondato” per 2 notti su 3, ho chiesto uno sconto, in maniera più che legittima. Sto rientrando a casa e ancora il gestore non mi ha dato risposta. Pessimo host - Era indicato che l’appartamento era al primo piano senza ascensore ma non che le scale fossero così scomode e quasi a chiocciola, rendendo davvero difficile la movimentazione di una valigia più grande
