Comfortable & Peaceful Apartment - Paris Quartier Latin - Newly Renovated

La situation, le calme, l'accès facile et Philippe, le propriétaire, a su se montrer prévenant. Studio bien équipé, propre et bien décoré, donnant sur une cour arborée.

Tout était très bien.

Philippe arranged to meet us at a convenient time,The Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. It was well placed for a short walk to the Meteo a d in a nice area, with a small supermarket nearby. A wine shop and a boulanger are next door ! Philippe was very attentive and made sure that we were happy.

Sadly someone put the dustbins out very loudly both mornings of our stay at 6.20am.

Cleanliness. Heating. Spacious refrigerator. Very responsive and helpful host.

The old TV and its placement. I feel like the host needs to get a better smart TV and position it at an ergonomic eye level. Perhaps consider upgrading the kitchen cupboards.

Comfortable bed and shower - host is really nice Apartment has almost everything u need. Location is good ; close to metro line 7 (7min walk) and bus station port royal Many shops around (carrefour, monop, franprix) and coffee shops/ restaurant in Rue Mouffetard.

There is no AC - there's just a small Dyson fan that isnt really enough during hot weather The apartment is on the ground floor with a small garden in the backyard. If u open the windows, mosquitoes will bite you all night long!! And if u close the window, u won't sleep because of the hot weather. + there's a guy who picks up the trash daily at 6 am - so since ur on GF with windows open, u will wake up for sure!! I also recommend installing security bars for the windows When we checked it , the appartment wasnt really clean, we had to call Philippe for help.
