The big rooms, everything you could need. It was very clean. Lift to the seventh floor. The bed was big and comfy. It was better than the photos. The big balcony with views to Ararat (despite the crane sometimes getting in the way!). The location - walking distance to all the sites. Massive bathroom. Aircon in the bedroom. Friendly host. We really like our stay here.
This isn’t about the property itself, so I am not marking it down for this, but finding it was a bit tricky. Parking is behind a barrier so you need to be let in if driving there. The barrier is automatic on the way out. Due to the building works around the block of flats, the road layout has changed near the university and Google maps isn’t up to date!

Отличное расположение квартиры для наших целей (прогулка по центру Еревана). Есть возможность припарковать авто во дворе дома. Для нас это было важно. Отличный вид на Арарат при хорошей погоде. Нормальный интернет, для наших рабочих задач подошел. Приветливая хозяйка встретила нас, показала всё, рассказала.

Les matelas des lits sont vieux pas confortable. Il faut les changer.
Pas de rideau occultant de la lumière, vos êtes réveillés le matin à 6h
Il y a des travaux dehors dans le quartier donc pas possible de profiter du balcon
