We really liked the apartment, especially its location downtown near the Opera House and Republic Square. The rooms are large and bright. There are many cafes and restaurants near the apartment, as well as many shops and supermarkets. The owner was always available and helped us with all our requests. We quite enjoyed our stay, and if we come to Yerevan, we would like to rent this apartment again.
For me, the only drawback was that there were not enough pots and there was no teapot.

Уютная, очень просторная квартира в самом центре Еревана! Есть все необходимое для проживания семьёй. Высокий этаж и окна выходят на две стороны - виден весь город))
Обратная сторона медали - шумно при открытых окнах (нам не было критично), место для машины в этом районе найти очень проблематично.
