Villa Magnolia by Atlantic Holiday

What was there not to like? PERFECT location, close to all the shops and the beach. It was very spacious and modern, with a lovely barbecue area. There was nothing we were lacking as they thought of everything. The gated car park made us feel super safe and one of the neighbours had a cute parrot outside that made sitting outside extra special. The communication was amazing and they left us a thoughtful welcome present. The purpose of the trip was to spend a mini break with my elderly mother who has a disability and the house was very accessible - highly recommend!

We didn't dislike anything but it would've been helpful to have more information on using certain appliances e.g. in the kitchen and around where to put the rubbish. Also, extra pillows in the bedrooms would've been greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we didn't end up using the jacuzzi as we found it too out in the open given the house is very close to the neighbours. If it closer to the kitchen or car park area, it would've been better.

Maison vraiment très bien située avec accès Levadas, plage et supermarchés à pied depuis la maison. Calme et stationnement facile. Excellent choix géographique dans une petite ville agréable et proche des principaux sites d' interet de c e coté d e l' ile, notamment la pointe Est à moins de 15mn....un vrai luxe. Et la véranda tres appréciable par temps venteux et le soir quand les temperatures baissent.

Arrosage à 14h de la pelouse et du coup de la table exterieure, à reprogrammer donc.

Very clean and modern, small garden, grillhouse, jacuzzi - everything is amazing. Host is very quick to reply and help if needed. Good view, quiet surroundings. Private parking is a huge plus in Madeira!

In second bathroom there is a humid smell that only goes away when window is open.
