Great location, comes with parking, friendly staff, very thoughtful arrival gift of local produce
Parking was intimidating to get in / out of but the whole of Madeira is like this!

The location is handy! Close to the beach. But when you get of the flat you are straight in a bar.
We found bugs in the room and the excuse we got is: " it s happening on this weather, they come from outside " Maybe the lady can update her automatic replies - they said local products will wait for you in the flat, but there was no local products ... I feel this was a very well care flat, but with time they just didnt invest as much, at least this was out feeling.
