I liked that the room was quite spacious,modern ,and nicely designed.The lighting was great, the room was generally clean ,the security guards were friendly and helpful.The property is conveniently located close to the major shopping malls
There were many small cockroaches in the hallway ,inside the cabinets ,and in the bathroom.We also experience a blocked toilet, and getting assistance was very difficult.We reported the issue to the administration office in the morning,but it was not fixed until around 7:00pm.During that time,we had to travel from the 34th floor to the ground floor just to use the toilet was very inconvenient and affected our stay.
What was even more frustrating was that I had to pay the maintenance fee myself, which I felt was unreasonable given the circumstance and the delay in resolving the issue.
