modern,clean and superclose to sm north edsa. The owner provided an extension cord to counter the few wall plugs. Very helpful counter staff. Honest owner to reimburse me the money when i was asked to check out 1 day earlier
small things that add up overall: no dishwashing liquid and sponge due to "health protocols" , only 250mb wifi data per day, no soap and shampoo (not even tiny bottles), very few wall sockets

The location was good, close to grocery store and mall
The room was filthy. Dirty sheets and bedding. Roaches everywhere.
