1015 West Insula Suites by AYS

It has a nice provincial vibe. The room is wide. The bed is surprisingly comfy. The place still needs more TLC and cleaning. Like tables and chairs are aged but okay. Or like cutleries and other kitchen things, you should wash before using as it looks like it wasnt used nor cleaned for a while. I just used disposables mostly. There is no bath mat. It's basically a self catering room. The property would benefit a lot with a more proactive managing if they want to charge reasonable prices. The staff of the building are nice from reception to the guards.

There was a problem during check in as I did not receive any check in instructions. We were brought into unit 1015 and it looked like someone was living in there. That room definitely needs a deep clean. It was dusty. We did not stay that night, but left our luggages. Thankfully it was sorted out the next day, the caretaker has switched us to the other unit: 1014. Hence this review is for unit 1014.

Very close to largest mall in area and coffee shop and 7/11 right outside door. Also… Plenty of cook ware and bed was surprisingly very comfortable.

No hot water… and very low pressure. I was told by many not to walk around at night… Besides these couple of things I thought the stay was fine for the value.

The couch was disgustingly dirty. We asked the host to get it cleaned but he chooses to ignore that. We were asked for 2500 PHP deposit on arrival wich wasn’t shown anywhere on Booking.com. Some stuff was broken actually- don’t know what would have happened to our deposit if we would not have checked everything carefully during check in.
