Comfortable cottage, beds were very comfy so slept well.
Nice layout and easy to relax of an evening.
Good location for visiting Portsmouth Historical Docks, Southsea and surrounding towns.
Nice walk from the cottage to Portsdown Hill.

We had a great time at this holiday home. The decor and furnishings were good quality, stylish and comfortable. There was some road noise during the day but it was very quiet at night. We had beautiful weather and the games room area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well fitted out, and we had everything we needed
TV in bedroom not connecting and minor maintenance. Didn't detract from our stay.

Lovely kitchen area, great views from the top and nice private location with parking spaces.
Needs a little bit more attention to detail and a deep clean throughout. The mechanism to raise the plug in the bath has broken so we had to get inventive to get it out! There are 2 steps at the top by the pool room which have sunk and look rather precarious. Remnants of broken glass on the astroturf from a broken glass fence panel. No spare toilet rolls or black bin bags for 3 adults over three days.

The cottage itself is lovely and cute, good location a stones through from the hill and a great base. The pool room at the top is a great addition. The kitchen was good enough to good a basic breakfast. Parking at location was good, easy access and everyone super friendly
The smell. Booking a dog friendly location you expect some compromise but this was not what we expected. It’s boasts incredible views but lacks care or attention dirty glass panels and soaking cushions (which could easily be kept inside so dry when wanted to enjoy the view).
Dirty in bathroom including toothpaste stains and a razer in between bath and sink.
The double mattress sinks in the middle of the bed so not great for a couple.
Could definitely do with some more glass wear.
