This cottage was in a great location, close to Sligo town and all the places we wanted to go walking, such as Benbulben and Knocknarea. It was very quiet with ample parking. The host, Leo, was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of room for two people and the cottage was clean, with everything we needed. We would stay again.
There's no central heating, just storage heaters, which means you have to think ahead and decide what setting to put the heating on for the following day. But it wasn't a big issue on our stay. The numbers on the dials on the cooker were difficult to read, but that was a minor issue.
