Great location, shitty staff, pool is a rip off

The location was very close to DT. Main house was comfortable and spacious

Trailer home -they should add more photos of it. Kids and grandparents were unable to sleep there due to fall risk Pool heater was broken even though we paid for it to be heated even though it's not advertised as an additional cost on the booking page. Spent all 4 days complaining just for them to send out a maintenance guy to confirm this pool's been having issues for a month now and it's not new news. Pool would leak overnight requiring us to refill it with cold water and therefore never actually heating. All of which they were aware of prior to us coming per the maintenance guy. The yard was dirty. Leaves everywhere. Fail to clean so we can actually utilize it. Cockroaches again with all the leaves wasn't surprised. They were actually raccoons living under the trailer that popped up at night. Trailer was dirty. They had to send cleaners out the next day after checking to get that cleaned. They claimed we broke house rules because of smoking even though he smoked outside of the house per their instructions. They said no smoking inside the house. Then claimed we broke the rules by sending us camera views of one person smoking outside!! They also confirmed via text that there was no smoking smell inside the house! And because of that, instead of refunding me the entire amount for the pool heater that didn't function that we didn't end up using, they funded me 1/3.
