Me and 9 of my closest friends came to Austin to celebrate our 50th birthdays. Brendan’s house could not been more ideal! It was comfortable, plenty of room- and beautiful! Brendan was so kind and communicative and made our stay super easy. I would def recommend!

A lot of issues. They knew we were staying for over 2 weeks with 8+ people and wasn’t told the washer/dryer wasn’t working until we tried to use it. The casita smelled like cat litter and only gave cold water. The master bedroom had a pathetic blanket for a giant king sized bed - with a sheet so thin that you could see the mattress writing as you slept on top.
Overall- could’ve been a great house but was extremely disappointing. Good location and number of sleep spaces/common spaces - but that’s about it.
