Sleeping rooms are on the second & third floors of the property.
The second floor has 1 master bedroom with a king bed, walking closet, and en suite bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor each equipped with 4 bunkbeds and share a Jack & Jill bathroom.
The third floor has two King Bedrooms that share a well-designed bathroom. The northern king bedroom has a small balcony where guests can enjoy an exquisite view of the downtown Austin City Skyline.

Daniel was a great host with a great property for golf trips, group trips big family whatever you need. The house was stocked with everything and great bed and sleeping set ups. Cold AC, great water pressure, clean and upgraded spaces. The pool was amazing as well. Everything you would want and the comforts of home. Thanks to Daniel for a great stay

Booked for 11 people. Dan was great, was always available with any questions I had. The house was the perfect spot for a group of dudes. Beds were comfortable, space was adequate. If I ever came back to Austin I would absolutely look at this property if it were available.
