Downstairs – Chef’s kitchen, open living and dining areas, and a convenient half bath
Upstairs – Five bedrooms with up to 13 beds and three full bathrooms
Bonus – Overlooks the garden and venue area. Onsite live music occurs on weekends only.
The layout allows groups to gather comfortably while still maintaining privacy for rest and recharge.

Our visit was for my daughters bachelorette party. Our first time to Austin, Texas and we were beyond satisfied with this property. The hosts were super responsive, very attentive, and just down right amazing. The location is right in the heart of 6th street and perfect for all of the Austin vibes. The property was clean and had absolutely everything we needed while we were there. You will not run out of any supplies! Excellent property and highly recommend if you are in Austin.

Wide open spaces, hotel employees very accommodating for our large group. Went out of their way to make our stay over the Christmas Holiday special.

We had a great time staying at InnCahoots. Brand new space , still some construction going on - but wasn't a problem. The only issue we had were some water bottles/trash under our beds when we arrived. The beds are heavenly - we had 15 girls so the space in the rooms was tight but everyone had their own double bed or twin. We took very short Ubers down to 6th street bar scene and other streets (Not entirely safe to walk at night) But it was easy to grab cars. Not a close grocery store but we used InstaCart and they delivered all our groceries and alcohol within 1.5 hours of arriving. It was awesome for a bachelorette group!
