The view from this location was amazing! Couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Also, we barely made it to 6th Street because Rainey St was so amazing! Check out Banger’s and Fleet Coffee.

The location for this place was great. The view is awesome. The amenities (pool, coffee shop, bar, gym) are nice! The only confusion is that there are 2 bathrooms, but it's actually 1.5. The full bathroom is shared in between both rooms

I will start with the positives. The property is very nice, clean, great location, front desk staff were very nice, they have a place to store luggage if you arrive early, a nice bar with snacks, heated pool, quick elevators. BUT the actual room was not as advertised. It was supposed to be 2 bedrooms, with a queen and a king and 2 bathrooms-both with showers. Instead it was a king with a shower connected to the other bedroom and that bed was only a full so very small for 2 people to share, especially when they are platonic and not a couple ;) The other bathroom was only a half bath-NO SHOWER or tub. There were only 6 towels and we asked the owner of the property for 2 more when he came to drop off toilet paper and he basically said you get what is here-no extra. We also asked him about the lack of a second shower and the missing queen and he replied that the queen was a murphy bed so they removed it and put in a "more comfortable" bed and that he never said there was a second shower. I showed him my reservation confirmation which clearly states 2 showers with descriptive drawings of 2 shower heads and he blamed it on VRBO and said they got the ad wrong. Even if that were true, as an owner he should be checking any listings for his units to confirm accuracy. The owner refused to move us to another unit and VRBO also tried talking to him. To make it right, VRBO offered us a 200 credit which we decided to take instead of trying to move elsewhere.
