The area it was located, it was perfect for a two person stay.

The find the property when arriving in the dark was difficult, house numbers difficult to understand. Looking for a front door whereas needed to look for a garden gate, light above not working so could not see it making it difficult. However the call support was helpful and helped quickly by sending a photo.

Great place to visit Cambridge from. Free on-street parking without property set back with its own garden and privacy. Loved the open plan downstairs living kitchen dining room. Comfy sofa with TV and fast broadband for chilling and fully fitted kitchen with dining table in bay windows for cooking and dining. Loved the decor in the bedrooms which totally matched the picture and especially liked the top bedroom with skylights (black out). Separate utility room with washing machine which was handy. Would recommend this property for sure.

The heating did not work. We had an elderly family member with us, so this was not good as it was very cold. Someone did come out to try and mend this (a very nice chap) but could not fully mend it. This also took up our whole evening trying to sort it out and spoilt our stay somewhat. The bathroom was also a bit grotty and the house fixtures and fittings felt rather cheap. We asked for some recompense but were declined which we felt was very poor customer service.
