I like the location
As mentioned by the hotel, free parking facilities are available. However, when we attempted to park, it was not possible due to the very narrow access road, steep vertical slope, and the parking being located in the building’s basement (Basement -2).
Large vehicles cannot access or park in this area. Additionally, the surrounding location falls under municipality parking, where only residents are permitted to park.
As a result, we had to use paid parking, which is approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel, and carry our luggage from there.
I requested the hotel manager for permission to keep my car briefly in front of the hotel while I went to my room to collect some belongings, and asked to be informed if any issue arose.
However, he responded very rudely, stating that it was not their duty to inform me. I was shocked by the level of customer service and the manner in which he spoke.
On a positive note, the other two room service staff members provided excellent service, which I truly appreciated.

No proper location, tv didn’t work well, WiFi didn’t work well, no bathroom mat, bed was hard like rock not able to sleep at all. No phone to call reception or for any service. It’s a total disaster

Poor service and maintenance. Washroom flush did not work and it was not resolved after multiple complaints.

Someone from their company cancelled our booking in their system as shown by the photo the caretaker showed me without cancelling it from booking's account and no one from their company contacted us. We only found out at the time we were supposed to check in already. It was so hard to contact them and when we finally did, they didn't even assist us on what to do, just flat out told us we don't have any reservations. I had to find my own way to contact bookin's cs. Hours wasted trying to find a solution on our situation without any assist from them. Verrrrry bad customer service. It was also hard to find the building as there were no bldg name or # provided. For a while there, thought the place was a scam. 🥴

As a 1 night stopover it was adequate.
We booked 2 nights as our flight was arriving at 0520, we wanted immediate access to the apartment. This was arranged. Although in a very busy area , the accommodation was
quiet and good for sleeping. There are plenty of little cafe/ restaurants nearby serving nice local food.
Airport shuttles had difficulty finding the property! They had insufficient address details on the location provided to me.
There is no reception desk . There are polite, security personnel who try to help.
There was only one towel per person no hand towels . No bath mats for exiting shower.
The crockery was still in a box .
No instructions for using a/c .
I contacted owners via booking.com who responded by saying they would try and arrange for further towels . They hadn’t appeared before we left.

Area outside is a bit ugly and fairly difficult drive in to find but modern building.

The kitchen is completely empty of a tea kettle and any cooking equipment, and the furniture is very light

Living room is ok
Beds are as good as sleeping on the floor, you wake up more tired you went to sleep.
One of the bathrooms smelled like fish and water from the shower was black.
We had in the middle of the morning a fire alarm test, which nobody warned us about.
The stuff tried to charged us a fake 100AED fee for cleaning outside of booking, clearly trying to scam us.
Not great, all this is avoidable to give a pleasant experience so in our opinion this is a place to avoid
