Locations we very good, could not of asked for better, master bedroom was very large and bed comfortable. Kitchen had everything you would need.

Did not receive any details on how to collect keys despite several requests by phone & email, ended up having to find the office on arrival and request they help us locate the keys. There was no information either online or inside the property about hot water or heating etc, We ended up finding the information written on the back of a cupboard door in a bedroom? Downstairs heating did not work, office came to check settings & told us it would take a day or so to warm up but it was clearly broken. Lukly weather was not bad but in colder months it would of been very cold in the property. Upstairs all the floorboards creaked so if you needed to use the toilet during the night all the house new someone was up. Fridge worked but had no shelves so had limited space to use.
