Bright apartment -1BR-2P- Jardin du Luxembourg

The location is incredible, both in terms of neighborhood, closeness to public transit, and sightseeing. Being next to the Jardin was great. The apartment is also spacious.

After I checked in, the managing company essentially completely ghosted me during the heat wave. The listing says there is AC, but there is a small unit with no vent to the outside, which renders it completely useless. When I flagged this, I got no response. Also, there is no dishwasher, contrary to what the listing says. Further, since the apartment was for sale during my stay, there were multiple unannounced visits with a broker that caught me off guard. The managing company never let me know this was going to happen, even after the rental broker communicated with them. It was impossible to get a hold of someone over phone or Whatsapp unless it was about check-out. Ultimately, this is a great location but the customer service experience was horrible. Once you pay them they don't care about anything that happens to you. I'd suggest looking elsewhere first, as this is probably not worth your money.
