Excellent location in the Latin quarter, within walking distance from train connections to CDG airport, buses (right outside the door) and metro. The host was very forthcoming and sent instructions on how to find and enter the apartment a few days in advance, and even checked up on me a few times during my stay to hear if everything was in order. The apartment has pretty much everything you need for a (short, budget) trip, and is priced very reasonably, considering its location. I'd be happy to stay here again next time I'm in Paris.

The only thing to note is that, to drown out the occasional noise of the refrigerator, you may consider bringing earplugs or the like if you're a light sleeper,

Everything
