Localização excelente. Cooktop, microondas, panelas, copos, pratos, talheres, secador de cabelo, frigobar, ventilador. Anfitriã muito atenciosa e responde rapido. Self checkin e check out.

It's on 5th floor without a lift A lot of dust Some mould in the shower cabin which didn't drain the water very well either It took some time to get the details on how to get the keys which made me panic because of all the scams nowadays but in the end all fine. It was the first time I was asked to empty the bins before I left

The property is situated in the Latin Quarter, just a 10-minute walk from Notre-Dame, the Louvre, Sainte-Chapelle, the Conciergerie, and the Seine River. There are two metro stations within a five-minute walk. The neighbourhood is vibrant, featuring numerous shops, restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores right outside the doorstep. The price is exceptional for such a prime location.

The studio is very small, suitable for a couple but not ideal for larger individuals. Moving around the kitchen requires rearranging the table and chairs, and opening the windows or the pull-out bed can be difficult. The cleanliness was lacking; the floors were filthy, appliances dusty, the kitchen sink dirty, and the shower drain clogged, a common issue noted in previous reviews. While cleaning supplies were provided, we shouldn’t have to clean upon arrival. Taking a proper shower was a challenge, as we had to turn off the water to lather and then hope the shower pan wouldn’t overflow. After three days of this, I cleaned the drain myself. Also, there is no air conditioning, and the unit is on the fifth floor; a fan is provided, and the windows can open for airflow. If you're sensitive to cigarette smoke, this unit may not be for you.
