O apartamento fica em uma rua super boemia em Paris. Há bons bares, restaurantes e até um Carrefour onde fizemos várias comprinhas durante nossa estadia. Além disso, é possível caminhar pela cidade e conhecer pontos turísticos como o Louvre e Notre Dame que ficam bem próximos. Amei, recomendo e voltaria!

O box do banheiro estava solto, o que dificultou um pouco o banho. A máquina de café não funcionou, e o sofá cama não é confortável, mas colocamos o colchão no chão e fechamos o sofá, o que nos possibilitou ter noites de sono com mais conforto. Sugiro apenas que deem manutenção no box, consertem a máquina de café e cogitem trocar o sofá cama por uma cama de verdade, pois há espaço para isso no apartamento.

The location of the apartment was wonderful and it was nice and convenient to have a kitchen as well as a laundry machine inside the unit. The hosts were also very kind and helpful.

There were a few minor issues, including some humidity on the walls outside the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was also very difficult to close, and the shower door kept coming off its railing.

The location was unbeatable. Close to attractions like the Lourve, Musee D'Orsay and Pont-Neuf. Close to bakeries, a full sized Carrefour and lots of good restaurants on the Rue de Buci. The wifi and the television selections were many. Very clean. Communication with host was great. Asked for and received an extra blanket for the pull out bed.

1) The pull out sofa bed has seen better days - it was very uncomfortable and needs to be updated; 2) the apartment could use a comfy chair to watch TV; 3) few basics like sugar, so you will have to buy; 4) the seats for the dining table had no back so were very uncomfortable; 4) while there is an elevator, it does not begin on the lobby level, only on the first floor, so will need to walk up a full flight with luggage and groceries before the elevator is available to go to the 3rd floor - also several times the elevator stopped working, getting stuck at the upper floors, so I was on my own then to the 3rd floor.
