An interesting option, but one that requires attention from landlords.
The apartment is located close to the RER station. Large spacious living room. Kitchen utensils are provided.
It was not ready at the appointed check-in time. Communication with the landlord was not very clear. I had to find the Wi-Fi password myself. It needs renovation. There is no oven and kitchen utensils are very limited. The bedroom smells of smoke. In the living room, the previous tenants used a candle as an ashtray. Overall, there is a problem with the quality of cleaning.

The alternative accommodation was generally acceptable, but communication with the landlords needs improvement
I am not evaluating the apartment in the photo. It is spacious, has all the necessary kitchen appliances and utensils, a nice shower, and a bathroom.
A few hours before arrival, the landlord wrote that all the beds in the apartment had been broken by the previous tenants. We were given the choice of a refund or alternative accommodation. I chose alternative accommodation because I was already almost there. Very poor communication with the landlords. In the alternative accommodation, the bed was in poor condition, creaked with every movement, the pillows were uncomfortable, and I had a headache in the morning. I had to buy new pillows and leave them in the apartment.

Message 40 minutes après la soit disant remise des clés pour indiquer que le logement n'est pas disponible ! Nous nous sommes retrouvés à la rue à 3h30 de chez nous et toujours pas de remboursement fait !

Les équipements pauvres (2 casseroles et 1 passoire).... pas de poêle, plat, saladier... bref quand on reste 1 semaine c'est tres faible 1 chaise cassée Pas de poubelle dans l'appartement ?? Pas de housse de couette (on dort directement sous la couette)... j'ai un doute sur le fait que la couette soit lavée à chaque location Le code a changé 3 fois sans que le service de conciergerie nous le dise. Constatant que le code ne marchait pas on contactait la conciergerie qui nous donnait le nouveau code. Pas de pro activité La conciergerie n'utilise pas bcp whatsapp. Les réponses sont lentes.
