Tenía todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Lo recomiendo más para personas que viajan solas que para parejas, ya que el sitio no es muy grande. Las vistas eran muy agradables.

La ducha es un tanto pequeña. Hay que tener en cuenta que el apartamento da a una zona deportiva, con canchas y con un campo de fútbol. En muchos momentos hay gente jugando allí, con los consiguientes ruidos. Aunque las ventanas aíslan bastante, eso resulta algo molesto, especialmente a la hora de la siesta.

Je n’ai pas aimé la malhonnêteté de l’hôte. En fait ce logement mérite une note entre 5 et 6. Quand on voit une note de 8,3 on est en droit d’attendre quelque chose de très bien, ce qui est loin d’être le cas. Seulement voilà : j’ai relevé 11 faux avis d’une personne dénommée : « Alle » qui aime tellement l’appartement qu’elle y a séjourné 11 fois, chaque semaine, et a laissé la note de 10, sans le moindre commentaire. Je vous laisse vérifier et vous faire votre propre opinion. Donc si la note reflétait la réalité j’aurais pu passer sur les désagréments suivants : logement pour 3 personnes et non 4, dans une résidence étudiante. Pas de fer à repasser, pas de lave-linge, contrairement à ce qu’annonce le descriptif. Les couloirs empestent le tabac. Le volet ne se bloque pas et claque en permanence… bref ! Il y a tromperie sur la marchandise et ce n’est pas admissible.
