Great location and excellent host

The host was welcoming and friendly. We were greeted with fruits, tea, and coffee upon arrival at the apartment. Fresh towels and additional fruits were provided after two nights of stay. The location is excellent—close to a bus stop and just a few minutes' walk to the metro station. It's also near many restaurants. Highly recommended if you're visiting the beautiful city of Paris.

It's great place

The apartment was really nice, it looks exactly like on the pictures. The staff is really friendly. And every few days we got new towels, water, coffee and lollipops. There are variations of shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. It is great option, when your traveling on budget.

The location is little bit far from center, but there is transport 10 minutes walk from there. So it's not that big of a problem.

Mooi ingericht appartement in een hele leuke buurt. Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die snel reageert op vragen. We kregen zelfs appels als extraatje. In 10 minuten ben je bij een metro, in een 40 minuten in Parijs.

De wc geurde soms een beetje. Iets meer leeslicht in de woonkamer zou prettig zijn.

Vraiment très bien, Belle surprise, la plus petite avenue du monde pour visiter la plus belle avenue du monde, beau challenge, appartement bien agencé, lumineux avec une belle décoration apurée, réception et communication au top, commerces à proximité donc endroit facile à vivre, Je reviendrai avec plaisir, Un grand Merci !

Prévenir que l'escalier est un peu raide mais conforme à la configuration des lieux, la place de parking est un service vraiment appréciable mais franchement honéreux, un prix de 15 euros la journée serait plus judicieux et raisonnable, d'autant que la porte du portail ne peut rester fixe en pleine ouverture , les portes reviennent subitement ou par accoups sur le véhicule selon la métèo, ce sont des petits détails qui n'enlèvent rien à la prestation très qualitative fournie, merci pour tout, j'ai passé un excellent séjour

Hôtes adorables, appartement impeccable.

Un accueil très agréable par un couple adorable. L’appartement est très bien et situé à 10 minutes à pied du métro ligne 13 (Les Agnettes). Il y a un supermarché juste à côté. L’appartement est propre et bien équipé.

Värden - bjöd på frukt och nya handdukar Lugnt område med många restauranger och nära till tåg och metro

Trångt - litet badrum, smala trappor till lägenheten, Icke-existerande luftkonditionering (enbart en fläkt som inte kylde) Smala gränder för att komma in till parkeringen Noll instruktioner för hur man ska komma in i lägenheten (det är en trappa upp till väster), wifi etc. Ingen belysning i taket så mörkt

Appartements très agréable. Propriétaire à l'écoute, disponible et réactive. Les petites attentions font toujours plaisir (fruits, bonbons, café, thé et eau fraîche).

Prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles si vous souhaitez dormir de bonne heure car on entend un peu ce qu'il se passe dans l'appartement d'à côté.

Прекрасная квартира с душой и внимательным хозяином — почувствовали себя как дома!

Квартира просто великолепная! Расположена в старинном доме, что добавляет ей особого шарма. Район тихий, уютный, с частными домами, магазинами и кафе поблизости, метро в пешей доступности. В квартире есть всё необходимое: удобные спальные места, чистота идеальная, полотенца, гель, шампунь, конфеты, чай, кофе и даже немного фруктов. Хозяин очень гостеприимный — лично встретил, всё показал, помог с парковкой. Возможность оставить машину дольше была большим плюсом. Всё было отлично организовано!

Единственный небольшой минус — парковка платная и немного узкая для крупной машины, но это не испортило общего впечатления.
