Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Unter anderem wegen der ÖPNV Anbindung, und der Nähe zu Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Schleuse oder dem Kaiser Wilhelm Leuchtturm
Der Abfluss der Dusche war ziemlich verstopft, sodass das Wasser kaum abgeflossen ist. Mülltonne quillte leider mehr als über.
