Beautiful house - 30m from the beach - Accommodates 12 people - Dogs welcome

The MAISON ROUGE vacation home, a 4-star property, was built in 2017. It’s perfectly located just one block from the ocean in the small, family-friendly seaside resort of Denneville-Plage on the west coast of the Cotentin Peninsula (10 km from Barneville-Carteret), directly across from the island of Jersey and just 50 m from one of Normandy’s most beautiful beaches. From there, you can walk to the harbor and the old church in Portbail. You’ll love the spacious rooms and plenty of natural light, not to mention the ocean view from the balcony. Pets are welcome. The house is 160 m² and has 4 bedrooms that sleep up to 12 people. It features a shower room with a sauna on the first floor and a bathroom on the upper floor, 2 separate restrooms, and a game room. A garden shed provides storage for bicycles and beach gear. A large, south-facing terrace is furnished with patio furniture and lounge chairs, perfect for sunbathing. Free Wi-Fi, a TV with German channels, a Bluetooth stereo system, and a pellet fireplace make the house a cozy place to relax, even when the weather isn’t cooperating. The house is situated on a fully fenced 900 m² lot, just 50 meters from shops (during the summer season).
