Beautiful house in the immediate vicinity of the sea, offering a lovely sea view from the upper floor! Perfectly located on the second row from the seafront, 50m from the main beach of the small, family-friendly seaside resort of Denneville-Plage on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula (10km from Barneville-Carteret), opposite the Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey, Sark...) where you can take a short ferry trip from Carteret.

The ground floor comprises: an entrance hall, a fitted kitchen opening onto a living/dining room with an insert fireplace and connecting to two small verandas, one of which is a TV lounge, a lovely bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm), a bathroom, and a toilet. A utility room opens onto a large veranda with built-in cupboards.

Upstairs: Mezzanine landing leading to 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with a 160x200cm double bed; bedroom 2 with a 160x200cm double bed and a 90x190cm single bed; bedroom 3 with 4 single beds), WC and shower room, small attic.

A small, independent chalet on the property offers 4 additional beds (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds) and a shower room with WC (optional, €400/week outside the peak season from July 18th to August 21st and the Christmas and New Year weeks, for which the chalet is included in the price).
Garage with shower. Attractive enclosed garden with outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Terrace with electric awning.
