Super place in great location

The home was beautifully presented, clean and homely feel. Had everything you could need, great position to the beach and all amenities. Bed was very comfortable so I slept very well. I booked very very short notice and the owner was so quick to sort and come and help me get in which I really appreciate . Thank you :)

Appartement fonctionnel, très bien équipé, joliment décoré. De nombreux accessoires et épices… dans la cuisine. Très pratique.

Isolation d’un appart à l’autre très légère, oreillers pas top. Il y a beaucoup de contraintes pour une seule nuit (ménage, linge de lit…)

Nous avons aimé ce logement, qui est très agréable, propre, bien équipé, proche de la mer. Le personnel de la conciergerie est très sympathique et les échanges sont faciles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Le seul petit point négatif, il manquerait des volets ou rideaux occultants aux portes vitrées.

Ausgezeichneter Aufenthalt in einer gut ausgestatteten, komfortablen, sauberen, ruhigen Unterkunft

Moderne und funktionelle Ausstattung der Wohnung. Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, etc. alles einwandfrei. Gute Betten und überwiegend, vor allem nachts sehr ruhige Lage. Schön eingerichtete Terrasse auf der Ost-Seite. Kurzer Weg zum Markt und zum Strand. Freier Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, weil man trotz der benachbarten Wohnungen für sich war, die anderen Gäste haben wir, bis auf eine Ausnahme, nie als störend empfunden. Die Kommunikation mit der betreuenden Concièrge-Firma war hervorragend. Wir hatten einen kleinen Mangel festgestellt, der Handwerker war sehr schnell zu Stelle, es erfolgte eine gute Terminabstimmung. Auf Rückfragen wurde sehr schnell ragiert (Kommunikation auf Französisch und Englisch). Als wir wieder Zuhause waren hat uns die Concièrge darüber informiert, dass wir einen persönlichen Gegenstand vergessen hatten. Wir selbst hatten den Verlust noch garnicht bemerkt. Der Gegenstand wurde uns zugeschickt, die Kommuniukation war schnell und super.

Die WiFi-Verbindung hat bei uns nicht gut funktioniert (wir haben dies aber nicht der Concièrge gemeldet). Die Verbindung kam immer nur kurz zustande und war dann wieder unterbrochen (website nicht verfügbar, net: ERR_TIMED_OUT). Auch am Fernseher wurde gemeldet "Le reseau Wi-Fi nà pas accepté la connexion", es war uns aber nicht wichtig, am Strand spazieren ist eh schöner ;-)

Un endroit calme près de la mer !

Une maison hyper bien restaurée en 6 appartements. La restauration a été faite avec goût. C'est un endroit calme tout proche de la mer. J'y retournerai avec plaisir et je recommande vivement.

L'horaire de départ (entre 9h et 10 h ) mais les hôtes sont très arrangeants et nous avons pu rester un peu plus tard, donc parfait !

Logement idéal pour notre projet de week-end entre amis, dans une impasse au calme, à deux pas du bord de mer . Comme le beau temps était de la partie nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse. Stationnement juste devant ! Appartement nickel , mignon et avec tout l’équipement nécessaire.

Un petit havre de paix

Bel appartement, agencé avec goût et très fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables, ce qui est vraiment un plus. Et la petite terrasse nous permet de profiter d'un déjeuner ou de bouquiner au soleil. Idéalement situé, car à proximité de la plage. Les promenades à faire autour de la location sont magnifiques. Tri sélectif respecté, bravo ! Le personnel de la conciergerie qui s'occupe de l'entretien des appartements est très sympathique et efficace. Le forfait ménage est très accessible, ce qui facilite les départs de bonne heure.

Peu de petits commerçants côté Brehal plage, mais le super U n'est pas loin.
