Die Lage war perfekt. Nur wenige Schritte bis zum Meer. Mehrere Restaurants und die örtlichen Nahversorger sind zu Fuß problemlos zu erreichen. Zudem liegt die Wohnung total ruhig.
Es gibt keinen der Wohnung zugeordneten PKW-Stellplatz. Bei längerem Sitzen sind die Stühle am Küchentisch etwas unbequem.
