The price includes end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchen area, appliances, barbecue and plancha).
The villa is located in Collias (30), in the heart of the Nîmes / Avignon / Uzès triangle, 5 minutes from the Pont du Gard and 1 hour from the sea or the Cévennes. You will appreciate the villa for its quiet location, its large garden, its large totally private swimming pool, ideal for relaxing to the sound of the cicadas. The river at the bottom of the village is also a beautiful place for swimming.
Villa of 170 m², on enclosed land of 2300 m², quiet, outside the village.
