The Space:
You’ll be renting the first floor of the villa (150 m²), perfectly suited for up to 6 guests. The layout combines modern comfort with open, light-filled spaces:
1. Bedroom 1 – Master Suite: King-size bed (160 X 200 cm), 25 cm thick premium mattress, walk-in closet, desk, en-suite bathroom with Italian shower, and direct terrace access.
2. Bedroom 2 (15 m²): Queen-size bed with wardrobe, dresser, and vanity/desk.
3. Bedroom 3 (16 m²): 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm). Can be combined and converted into one queen-size bed.
4. Bathrooms: One en-suite, one shared bathroom, plus a separate WC.
5. Living Room: Expansive 94 m² space with cathedral ceiling, A/C, TV, SONOS sound system, Piano, 4+2 seater sofa, coffee table, armchairs, and foot and pouf rest, perfect for family time.
6. Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped open-plan kitchen and 2 dining areas - One adjacent to the kitchen and the other one on the terrace, both having an extendable table to accommodate up to 12-14 guests.
7. Laundry Room and BBQ area included.
