- 5 spacious rooms with window (3 double beds, a sofa bed and a bunk bed.)
- A 60 m² kitchen and living room illuminated by a great picture window. Fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, hotplate; television, sofa and comfortable chairs.
- 1 bathroom (shower and bath) fully equipped: washing machine and drying machine
- 1 shower room.
A large garden with:
- A driveway to park about 3 cars.
- A kitchen garden, apricot tree, fig tree, grape vines and other nice trees.
- A large swimming pool with a terrace that overlooks the valley out of any neighbors' view.
- A gazebo for outside lunch and BBQ.
- A secured trampoline.
Ideal location to:
- visit the historic center of Aix-en-Provence,
- visit Marseille city: Old Port of Marseille, Mucem Museum and the Basilica
- Treks in the mountains around Sainte Victoire, L'Etoile, the Calanques, Sainte Baume
