About this villa rental
The village of Fuveau is located in the heart of Provence.
At 10 minutes, Aix en Provence, spa town since antiquity, has an important cultural heritage.
At 10 minutes, the Montagne Sainte Victoire, dear to Cézanne welcomes many hikers, climbers and nature lovers, it is a major element of the landscape of Aix.
At 35mn, Marseille, bordered by the Mediterranean, surrounded by the massif of Estaque and the Étoile massif to the north, Garlaban to the east, the massif of Saint-Cyr and Mount Puget, to the southeast and the Marseilleveyre massif in the south
The Calanques Park of Cassis is 30 minutes.
This geographical location is perfect for visiting Provence, the Gorges du Verdon, the Var coast, the Côte d'Azur, Lubéron and Camargue.
The villa, completely renovated in 2016, on one level, is comfortable and air conditioned.
A large living room, bright 70 m2, extended by a covered terrace of 35 m2 overlooking a green garden conducive to relaxation.
The kitchen is very friendly with upscale amenities.
The night consists of 3 bedrooms.
One is equipped with a bed 200x200
the 2nd a bed 160x200, can accommodate a cot
the 3rd a bunk bed 140x200 and 90x200
the bathroom has bath and shower.

You can lounge by the heated pool, equipped with a hot tub and secured by an electric shutter. (l 4. 30 x L 9. 40 x h 1.5)
Attached, a pool house consisting of a summer kitchen equipped with a sink, fridge, hob, plancha ... As well as a shower room with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. As well as a large terrace with sun loungers, shade sail and umbrella.
With us you can relax to the sound of cicadas in the shade of a tree or if you fancy pampering vegetables from our garden and harvest to taste.
Maintenance of the pool and vegetable garden are provided by us.
A private parking and shaded where you can play petanque.
At your disposal a documentation for you to discover our beautiful region.
We also offer to collect your shopping (which you will have ordered at the drive before your arrival) and store them in the refrigerator. So no stress on your arrival.
We provide sheets, towels, bath mats, towels for the pool as well as tea towels, towels.
We are passionate about the decoration we love sharing, we want our holidaymakers to feel welcomed, even expected ... and enjoy their holidays.
We also appreciate being able to converse in intimacy with them to better know them and make us known to establish a warm relationship before welcoming them.

Guests enjoyed their stay at the villa with beautiful garden, spacious interior, lovely pool, and excellent hosts. The outdoor cooking area was a highlight, making it a perfect retreat.
