About this house rental
Terraced villa of approximately 120 m2 in 2000 m2 garden with swimming pool, large summer kitchen with plancha and pizza oven. Outdoor games (trampoline, swing, football, rugby cage, etc.). Large terrace where you will love lounging in the various garden furniture. Ideal house for A FAMILY. NO PARTIES AROUND THE POOL AT NIGHT. ZEN DISTRICT.
The house has 1 master suite with Italian shower, W. C, television.(The dressing room in the bathroom will not be available but two dressers will be available). There are also three other bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms + 1 baby bedroom with a single bed and 1 baby cot. Each bedroom has storage space. Our last child under 1 year old, we can provide baby equipment. Near the children's bedrooms, there is a bathroom with W.C. The house has air conditioning and a wood stove that will be prohibited from lighting. This villa is our main accommodation: although the traces of a life for 5 are maintained, thank you for taking care of it. In addition, it has all the comforts: television, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, large library, WIFI, game console, DVD player with video library, alarm.
The garden is fenced.
The pool is not heated, but the southern temperatures will be enough to satisfy you. The summer kitchen has a pizza oven with its equipment, a gas plancha, a fridge, a sink and a coffee maker. You will love taking your meals with a view of the swimming pool. PLEASE NOTE: with us it is very dry! we have a part with trees and pines and oaks, it is forbidden to light a barbecue and throw your cigarette butts on the ground. Therefore, to avoid any risk, the rental will not be open to smokers. Animals are also prohibited.
Office sentenced to store personal belongings.
On Saturday an outside person will come to clean and maintain the pool as well as water the plants on the terrace. In the meantime, please respect the cleanliness of the swimming pool. In addition, before your departure, cleaning must be done: vacuum cleaner, floor, clean dishes and fridge, sanitary and bathroom cleaned, outside and inside tidy, trash cans thrown away. You can request a cleaning package: you will be charged € 120 for the intervention of the cleaning team at the end of the stay. In all cases, a minimum of maintenance will be required (trash cans, clean dishes, emptied fridges ...). If the cleaning is not done or badly done, the price of 120 € will be retained on the deposit.
You will stay in our main accommodation where we live with our three children. A house where you feel good. We are building the happiness and the future of our children. We are particularly keen on our walls, this is why a deposit will be required (see internal regulations).
