We offer the first floor of our 140m2 bastide entirely independent, located in the natural park of Sainte Baume, quiet and not overlooked. You are close to the hiking departures.
Our enclosed garden of 4000m2 and our large swimming pool will delight children and their parents.
Located 20 minutes by car from Cassis, La Ciotat, Marseille, Aix en Pce, 10 minutes from Aubagne train station, 35 minutes from Aix TGV station and 40 minutes from Marseille Pce airport, 30 minutes from the Paul Ricard circuit in Le Castellet.
Shops are 5 minutes away.
The house remains cool in summer, only the veranda is air-conditioned and in winter the house is heated by electric radiators.
It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, 1 TV lounge, 1 dining room, 1 fully equipped kitchen (American fridge, dishwasher, ovens, Nespresso coffee machine...), mosquito nets, roller shutters, awnings
Outside: garden with trees, terraces, garden furniture, deckchairs, swimming pool 10x5m (depth: small pool 1.2m/large pool 2.5m),
1 shower and 1 outdoor toilet,
