Typical house in provencal style with private pool and huge garden (4000 m2). 6 Bedrooms with extra large beds (180X200) . 2 bathrooms in the main house with 2 separate toilets.Little house with bedroom just a few meters from the main house with bathroom for those who like more independence. Large living room with fireplace. Linen and towels are provided. Private swimming pool (10x5m) with alarm system The house is perfect for 2-3 families. In the garden you can find a large play ground for 'boules', typical French play and children swings. Large terrace with multiple sunchaires around the pool. Large barbecue and comfortable sofas to spend the evening.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home . We were celebrating a 60th birthday and attending the rugby World Cup . We were two adult families 12 in total . The rooms are so well spaced with everything you need for a large group . The kitchen was very well stocked . We loved having breakfast out side by the pool with plenty of space for everyone . We hired e-mountain bikes And cycled in the national park . We visited Marseille and Cassis . The pictures on the advert are true to life . Ute and Patricia were both very quick to respond to any questions we may have had . Thank you for sharing your home with us .

We had a great week at this property combining the Rugby world cup with rest and relaxation. The property has excellent facilities, a large heated pool and surrounding area including BBQ, patonk area large nice grounds. The kitchn was ell stocked complete with condiments and bin bags etc. Great value for a rural setting within 30 mins of Marseille and the beach

We were lucky enough to stay at the Villa in Auriol for two weeks in August – and thoroughly enjoyed our stay The villa is located on the edge of the town, near to the national park. The outside seating areas are fantastic, providing separate areas for multiple families and generations and big enough for everyone to come together. There is an excellent pool and the grounds are private and not overlooked. The internal facilities are well stocked, with everything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The owners (Ute) are great, and especially the on site support of Patricia is wonderful. Communication is excellent – not just on booking but in ensuring support and happiness through the stay. We did experience some minor issues during our stay with the dishwasher – things like this always happen. But the support was very quick and is testament to the care that Ute and Patricia take with their guests. In future, it would be great if they could update the bathrooms a little in the main house – but they are fine to use and the pictures throughout the villa are clear and show exactly how it is. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and it is a villa we were very sad to leave and would return back to very happily

We had a fabulous time in this lovely house. It is very spacious and comfortable, particularly the outside terrace and seating/dining areas. The outdoor kitchen/lounge area is a great place to sit in the evenings toasting marshmallows on the fire. The indoor living room is also extremely comfortable and much better than the photos actually suggest.. Overall the house is beautifully decorated in a provencal style, my only suggestion might be to update the bedrooms a little, but beds are very comfy. Pool and garden areas are exceptional and well maintained. The view is amazing and better than pictures suggest - so beautiful to watch the sun rise on the hills. The owner is extremely kind and helpful and so is Mme Filali. I would definitely recommend this property. It's a great base and we toured the mountain villages, and of course Cassis and Aix. We loved it and were sad to leave.

Nous avons passés 3 jours merveilleux, la maison est parfaite sans vis à vis bien arborée, nous avons profité de la piscine, terrasse pour nos repas entre amis et famille et du terrain de pétanque. Une villa magnifique, avec tout le confort attendu. Merci à Patricia pour l'accueil, et la communication. Le niveau de prestation était conforme aux descriptions. Le coin lounge avec le barbecue a été très apprécié. Le terrain de pétanque éclairée et la piscine ont été également apprécié. Tout était présents pour se sentir en vacances. Le cadre est magnifique (éclairage du jardin et de la piscine le soir). A recommander.

La maison était top, très bien située, à 35min des plages et calanques, et des randonnées aux alentours. Très bon accueil le jour de notre arrivée. Ute a été très réactive dans ses réponses à nos nombreuses questions et toujours très agréable. Cette maison est un havre de paix, très calme et la piscine ainsi que le terrain de boules étaient très appréciables. Nous avions un bébé de six mois avec nous, il y avait même un lit parapluie à disposition, c'était bien pratique. Je recommande vivement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille élargie. La maison est assez spacieuse pour vivre ensemble tout en ayant des espaces de tranquillité. Nous avons apprécié la présence du linge de maison et le forfait ménage. Nous n'avons que très peu profité de l'extérieur vu la météo pluvieuse mais il donnait envie par la fenêtre :)

Exactly as on the pictures, we had a great holiday. Beaches very close. Village is rather unspectacular but lots of other nice spots nearby. Super Pool! You will definitely need a car, the village is close but the street is too narrow to walk or cycle. Moskitos (daytime, afternoon) were a lot, recommended to bring some protection.

Sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus, besonders mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen: praktisch, gut ausgestattet, viel Platz, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Die Lage ist auch super: man ist schnell in Aix, in Marseille und am Meer, man kann vom Haus aus wandern oder Radfahrern gehen. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation auch mit Hausbesitzerin und Haushälterin!

We zijn de afgelopen week ( 29 april t/m 8 mei 2018) met ons hele gezin naar deze prachtige villa geweest. Wat een geweldige accommodatie. De villa is van alle gemakken voorzien en een geweldig zwembad. Wij zullen zeker volgend jaar weer gebruik gaan maken van deze villa. En ook de locatie is geweldig. Het staat tussen de bergen en er is veel groen. Kortom als er meer sterren gegeven konden worden waren het er 10. Ook de omgeving is prachtig en slechts 23 km naar de Zuid Franse kust. Fam. Vos

Nous étions un groupe de cyclistes de 13 personnes. Nous avons bien profité des circuits entre St Beaume et St Victoire. La maison est très agréable, confortable et très bien adaptée pour 13. Tout le monde était très très satisfait. Les plus courageux ont pris un bain, bien que la piscine ne soit pas chauffée, les autres ont profité des transats et c'était parfait. Très bon accueil de M et Mme Filali. Merci pour ce séjour.

Wir verbrachten zu neunt zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Die Betreuung durch das Verwalterpaar war sehr angenehm, Sonderwünsche wurden prompt erfüllt > > Wir haben Haus, Terrasse, Pool und Garten sehr geschätzt, besonders für die Kinder war der Pool die stete Belohnung für die weniger geliebten Besichtigungstouren! > > Das Anwesen eignet sich wunderbar für große Familien, genügend Platz und auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle. Am Ende haben wir nur zwei Verbesserungsschläge zu machen: > > Bei den Bädern im Haupthaus wären Doppelwaschbecken prima, damit es morgens flotter geht. > > In der Küche, die über die beste Geschirrausstattung, die mir bisher in einem Ferienhaus begegnet ist, verfügt, hätten sich die Köche über eine vierte Herdplatte und einen weiteren großen Topf bzw. eine große Pfanne samt Deckel gefreut. > > Sonst ein großes Kompliment für die geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung und natürlich die neue Terrasse und den großen Pool.

3 Familien mit insgesamt 5 Kindern haben hier zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist ausgezeichnet, die Lage perfekt. Der Pool war dank "Reinigngsroboter" und wöchentlicher Wartung immer enwandfrei sauber. Der Kletterpark um die Ecke und die Wanderungen direkt vom Haus weg sind super. Kulturelle Highlights und Naturschönheiten sind schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus kann man nur empfehlen.

Wir haben mit zwei Familien Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus gemacht - es war einfach klasse! Das Haus bietet reichlich Platz (wir waren zu neunt), es gibt viele gemütliche Ecken drinnen und draußen, reichlich Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet , mit vielen nützlichen Utensilien und reichlich Geschirr ausgestattet - wir haben nichts vermisst! Besonders die vielen großen und breiten Betten (in Frankreich eine echte Rarität!!!) haben wir genossen! Dazu noch der tolle Garten mit Bouleplatz, das große Swimmingpool und natürlich die schöne Umgebung! Die Calanques von Cassis und die Klippen zwischen la Ciotat und Cassis muss man einfach mal gesehen haben, aber auch das Bergmassiv St.Baume war beeindruckend - dazu noch schön warmes Herbstwetter... Merci bien!

Très belle villa bien agencée, spacieuse, lumineuse, bien équipée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, à proximité de belles excursions comme Marseille, Cassis, les collines de Pagnol, commerces. Néanmoins la voiture est indispensable mais nous avons apprécié le calme et la situation de la villa. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la magnifique piscine en novembre mais nous retenons cette adresse

Maison typiquement provençale, très agréable à vivre et à partager en famille. Maison spacieuse avec piscine et jardin très bien entretenu dans un cadre propice aux promenades dans la Ste Baume, juste assez à l'écart pour être tranquille tout en étant proche des commerces (5 minutes en voiture).

Vraiment parfaite, cette maison de bon standing saura satisfaire sa clientèle : tous le matériel necessaire y est et cette dernière est décoré avec gout. Les extérieurs sont parfaits également et le coin est très sympa : rien à redire.
