About this villa rental
We hope you will have a unique stay in our family home. A 15 minute walk from the centre of the Village (2 min by car), at the foot of the Luberon, on the wine and castle route, you are in the centre of Provence!
Fully equipped, all you have to do is put your suitcases down!
In the middle of its green garden, on the hillside, you will enjoy more than 160m2, without vis-à-vis, quiet, very bright, embellished with its large secure traditional swimming pool and its relaxation areas dotted in the garden (covered terrace, shaded terrace, petanque area, pool house...) is ideal for getting together with friends or family.
The first floor offers a majestic living/dining room of more than 50m2 (3 sofas, ottomans, TV, games, books... dining table) and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room (fridge, freezer, oven, small appliances, washing machine), and an additional dining area for 10 people, both of which open onto a large covered terrace on the north side, ideal during hot weather or stormy passages, and on the south side, on the garden and a terrace shaded by its arbour.
A double bedroom adjacent to a shower room/toilet, also opens directly onto the garden. It also has an office space and ample storage.
Upstairs, you will find a second bathroom with bath, a second toilet and 3 bedrooms:
- The "children's" bedroom with its 4 beds (2 bunk beds) and its huge dressing room.
- A bedroom with a 160cm bed, an office space and a dressing room.
- A bedroom with a 140cm bed and a dressing room.
Outside, dining tables, garden furniture, barbecue, relax... You will have all the necessary furniture to make the most of the large garden of more than 1000m2.
You can easily park 4 vehicles.
You are quickly in the centre of the village, where you will find shops, bar and restaurants.
Ideally located in the center of Provence, you are on the border of 4 departments (Alpes de Haute Provence, Var, Bouches-du-Rhône and of course Vaucluse) and you can visit nearby, within a radius of 10 to 45 minutes by car, the castles and wine estates of the Luberon, the magnificent villages of our region such as Grambois, Lourmarin, Ansouis, Reillane... and the cities of Manosque, Aix-en-Provence, Apt, Forcalquier...
But also about 1 hour away, Gordes and its Bories, Rustrel and its ochres, the Verdon and its lakes, Valensole and its lavender.
About 1h15 hour drive you will be on the Mediterranean coast or in the mountains in the Basses Alpes
