Great holiday

Great holiday

This was our second visit to this great, well equipped, villa. We were a party of grandparents, parents and grandchildren and there was something for everyone. The 6 children ranged in age from 1 year to 9 years and they enjoyed the trampoline, climbing frame, swings and numerous toys provided. The adults played pétanque and in the evenings we got out the board games. Of course we all enjoyed the heated pool! I would highly recommend this villa for a family holiday.

The perfect place for a family holiday!

We had a wonderful week at Santé Fe with our family of six adults and four children, ranging in age from two to 11. Mr and Mrs Bothmer believe in catering for children so that their parents can have a relaxing time and consequently they have created a paradise for children. The indoor swimming pool was a hit with everyone. The children loved the fact that they could go into the water regardless of the weather outside. Our four year old loved it the best of all because it helped her to develop water confidence. They have a wonderful variety of toys to suit all ages in the playroom - dolls, with all the paraphernalia for pretend play, building bricks for construction, dinosaurs and animals, Carson’s lorries etc. Plus for older children, there is table football and a pinball machine. Outside there is a large garden with a climbing frame, trampoline and table tennis. Lots of things to occupy children of all ages. The house is spacious with a wonderful views across the quaint, medieval village of Le Castellet and down to the sea. The kitchen is brand-new and much better than mine at home. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. When they realised we would be arriving after the supermarkets had closed, they asked for a list and bought food for us. When they realised that we were flying out of Marseille late in the evening, they let us use the house until late in the afternoon. They are charming and very kind. I highly recommend this property to all!

Great place for families.

This is a great villa for families with children, we were a party of 6 adults and 4 children. Outside there is a climing frame with swings and slide, a large trampoline, a table tennis table and lots of sit and ride wheeled toys. For the adults there is a large sunbathing terrace set in pretty gardens, a new Webber b-b-q and a boules pitch. Leading off the terrace, through large glass sliding doors, is the indoor heated swimming pool which was a great hit with all the family. Inside, the ground floor has 2 twin bedrooms and one bunk room (4 beds) which has an ensuit shower room (but no toilet) There is also a family shower room, with toilet, on this floor which is accessable from the pool. The bunk room also has a play area with masses of toys, much utilised by the 4 children in our party. Upstairs there are 2 twin bedrooms with ensuits and an additional toilet. There is also a large, recently fitted, kitchen with 2 sinks, 2 ovens and 2 large fridges. It has all the appliances you could need and huge selection of pots and pans etc. The living diniing room is also on this floor. It has a lovely view of the counrtyside and the medieval village of Le Castellet. Patio doors lead to a terrace which has a long table for 12 with chairs and a beautiful view at sunset. It is an easy walk to Le Castelett where there are several bars and restaurants (and good ice cream) There is also a nearby (easy walk) vinyard where we went wine tasting. Further afield we drove to Sanary sur Mer, (15 km) a lovely seaside town which also has things for kids like electric car racing, crazy golf etc. Another day we drove to an adventure park called Le Bois des Lutins (45km) where the kids spent the day on bouncy castles and climing nets in the trees. The owner is very friendly and a couple of minor problems were fixed almost immediately. In all a great place for a family holiday.

Our Vacation in South of France will always be memorable and a huge part why we enjoyed was the amazing Santa Fe we stayed in. The villa is just fantastic! Perfect for big family like us. It has ample amount of space in and out and an awesome indoor, temperature controlled, swimming pool!!! The kids enjoyed the backyard play area. All five bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The modern kitchen is well equipped! Wonderful terrace with a nice view and parking for 5 cars!!!! Very organized and well planned villa! The house is just unbelievable!! The owner, Mr. Klaus von Bothmer and his wife were very helpful, nice, accommodating, wonderful wonderful people! They were always ready to help, and they live just a few blocks away, so just call them and will be there in less than 5 mins!!! Overall, our family are very pleased by the space, comfort, cleanliness, of the house and tranquility of the surroundings. JUST PERFECT! By the way, they have another villa called SANTA ANA, just next to their house, few blocks away from SANTA FE, Mr. Klaus was nice enough to tour us around the house the day we were leaving France. And we were blown away!!!! Equally amazing villa! Merci Mr. & Mrs. Klaus!!!

We were attending the MINI United festival in le Castellet and decided to book a villa for the week and did it work out well ? yes, it could have not been a better choice , the Villa Santa Fe was all the Owner described and more , location is stunning with views over the old village of Le castellet and there is a view of the sea from the balcony as well , accomodation is excellent and the indoor pool is ideal for visitors from less sunny climates like Ireland or UK ( we bake very easily ) the view at sunset from the balcony looking over the old town is a memory I will cherish . the multilingual Owners are really friendly and professional and always ready to help with advice and guidance on the area if requested ,Le Beausset is just a few KMs away and Bandol is also quiet close if you like the sea . The Villa has everything you would need to self cater and would be ideal for groups of up to 12 , there were 5 in our party so we really had lots of space , would I recomend this villa to everyone ? YES without hesitation . I would also highly recomend it to Irish or UK visitors .Will we be returning ? YES of course we will , it was an excellent stay . G

La maison est parfaite pour accueillir une grande famille avec des enfants. Très fonctionnelle avec tout ce qu’il faut pour les grands et les petits. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. La piscine couverte est un vrai plus pour les enfants en bas age. Seul petit bémol : la literie pourrait être plus confortable et plus adaptée à des adultes. Pas de lit double dans la maison mais des lits simples avec encadrement.

Les Plus : propriétaire très sympathique et arrangeant maison très bien équipée pour les enfants en intérieur comme en extérieur une vue imprenable sur le Castellet de grands espaces communs et la piscine chauffée évidemment Les moins: aucune décoration et mobilier premier prix qui a déjà bien vécu literie de base, linge de maison vraiment ancien un évier bouché, pas mal d'ampoules qui ne marchaient pas, la paroie de la douche qui est bloquée la maison est bien mais vraiment vieillotte et sans charme, elle mérite un vrai coup de neuf pour justifier le prix de la location

Santa Fe est une proposition exceptionnelle. Les enfants sont les bénéficiaires privilégiés d'une réalisation qui leur est dédiée. Les adultes ne sont pas oubliés pour autant : le confort est excellent ( équipement de haut niveau de la cuisine, qualité de la literie, sanitaires irréprochables, climatisation, etc..). Le tout dans un grand jardin très agréable et un environnement majestueux et paisible. Enfin, la disponibilité, la discrétion , la gentillesse de l'hôte doivent être soulignées car cela participe grandement au sentiment de quiétude satisfaite que l'on éprouve très vite à Santa Fe..

Zu 12. durften wir die grosszügige Villa benutzen. Für die Kinder war alles da. Es fehlte ihnen an nichts. Die Zimmer und Küche waren ordentlich und sauber. Alles hat super geklappt und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war top. Sehr zum weiterempfehlen.

Séjour fin octobre avec du mauvais temps sauvé par cette maison très confortable où adultes et enfants ont pu trouver leurs aises. Une piscine intérieure chauffée à 30°C a fait le BONHEUR des enfants lorsque la météo nous a confinés à l'intérieur. Nous aurions aimé profiter davantage des extérieurs très prometteurs, mais nous reviendrons ! De plus, propriétaires charmants et très attentionnés. A conseiller vivement.

Nous avons passe 1 superbe semaine a 12. 5 petites filles de 4 a 10 ans et 7 adultes. Malgres la meteo un peu capricieuse (debut avril) nous avons passe un excellent sejour dans cette maison. En effet la piscine interieure, le babyfoot et le flipper ainsi que la grande pièce a vivre a permis de passer de bon moments malgres la pluie. La maison est idealement situee, il est possible d aller a pied au magnifique village du castellet, meme avec des enfants. Et avec la voitures il est possible de visiter de nombreuses plages avec sable ou plutot callanques. La cuisine neuve, tres grande et tres bien equipee, permet de preparer les repas pour toute la famille, a plusieurs. Les 2 eviers de chaque cote de l ilot centrale c est juste geniale!

Eine wunderschöne Villa in einer schönen Lagen. Eine super Einrichtung und voralem neuwertig und sauber. Die Villa bietet mehrere Aktivitäten: *eine Tischtennisplatte (im Garten) *ein Flipperautomat (im Wohnbereich) *einen großen Innenraum Pool *ein großes Trampolin (im Garten) *ein kleiner Spielplatz (im Garten) *ein Tischkicker (im Wohnbereich) Nicht nur die Villa ist großartig sondern auch ihr Besitzer. Ein hilfsbereiter, auf anrufbereitschafter und verständnissvoller Mensch. Auch wenn der Pool in einem Innenraum ist, ist er ein wenig kälter als man dachte und die Wände sind doch sehr dünn. Sprich man hört alles und jeden. Daher nur 4 Sterne Trotzdem ist die Villa weiter zu empfehlen und ihren Preis wert.

Das Haus bietet alles was man sich wünschen kann......der Indoor-Pool ist super, man kann auch Nachts baden wenn man Lust hat und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Auch für Kinder, grosse und kleine gibt es jede Menge zu erleben! Das mittelalterliche Stätdchen ist toll und gut zu Fuss erreichbar , mit feinen Restaurants und vielen kleinen Läden zum shoppen. Und da der Garten total eingezäunt und gross ist konnten wir uns auch mit unseren vier Hunden entspannen! Es war toll....wir kommen wieder :-)

Très belle maison où rien ne manque.Tout est pensé pour la joie des petits et des grands. La piscine est très sécurisante pour les enfants, les jeux sont prévus pour tous. Le calme est très appréciable , et la proximité de la mer à 15mn est idéale. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte réunir de nouveau la famille pour y revenir.

La maison est parfaitement équipée pour la famille, et jouit d'une situation géographique idéale pour les visites. Un régal! Surtout la piscine couverte!!! Le seul bémol: des propriétaires plutôt envahissants (présents 5 jours sur 7! Ils sont voisins..). Tous les prétextes étaient bons pour venir- ce qui nous a un peu dérangé...

Un petit paradis pour les grands et les petits .Nous étions 12 : 3 enfants, 2 adolescents et 7 adultes . La villa ne manque pas d'espace et est très bien équipée. Il y a de quoi occuper aussi bien les adolescents que les enfants . Les propriétaires sont très aimables et soucieux du bien être de leurs locataires , tout en restant discrets. Nous espérons y revenir l'an prochain.

La location proposée par Nicolas et Bernadette a contribué à rendre notre séjour dans le Var formidable et inoubliable. La villa « Santa Fé » est très propre et fonctionnelle, préservant l'intimité familiale. La piscine intérieure est très agréable car maintenu à 29°C. La location permet un séjour au calme avec une magnifique vue sur le village médiéval du Castellet et les vignobles de Bandol. Les plages de Bandol et Sanary sont à une dizaine de kilomètre et facilement accessible en voiture. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et très disponibles et sans à priori. Toute la famille (de 4ans à 80 ans) a apprécié le séjour , merci à Nicolas et Bernadette pour votre gentillesse.
