About this villa rental
ROUSSET, in the heart of Cézanne’s Provence, lies at the foot of Mount Sainte-Victoire, whose majestic panorama serves as a backdrop to the house.The village, which blends Provençal tradition (with its wine cellar) and modernity (the “Silicon Valley of Provence”), benefits from its proximity to Aix-en-Provence, just 16 km away. The Mediterranean is nearby: Cassis and La Ciotat are 40 minutes away, Lesques is 45 minutes away… and the Côte Bleue (Carry-le-Rouet, Sausset-les-Pins) is also 40 minutes away. The Upper Arc Valley is a traditional farming and wine-growing region where the scents of authentic Provence come to life.
The village center is an 8-minute walk from the house. There you’ll find all the essential local shops: 2 bakeries, a Vival mini-market, 1 butcher shop, 1 newsstand, a tobacco shop, one pharmacy, two restaurants… and the cooperative winery with its Côte de Provence wine
A Lidl is 3 km away, and a Carrefour Market is 5 km away.
THE HOUSE’S OUTDOOR AREAS:
As soon as you arrive, take a dip in the pool before sunbathing while lulled by the song of cicadas. Enjoy an aperitif with friends on the shaded terrace.
°The pool measures 9x4.5 and is perfect for games for kids (and adults...)
° A summer kitchen equipped with a BBC, a plancha, and a pizza oven awaits you.
THE HOUSE:
° Close to the village yet in absolute tranquility, the house totals 170 m², is very sunny, and overlooks a well-landscaped garden with a shaded terrace and pool... with no neighbors in sight!
°On the first floor, a large, inviting living area with a sitting area and dining space featuring a large table for 10–12 people. High-performance air conditioning throughout the first floor.
°A spacious, well-equipped kitchen opens onto the sheltered, shaded south-facing terrace
°4 bedrooms upstairs. The master suite features a bathroom and a walk-in closet
°All bedrooms are furnished with a large bed. Two have a 160-size bed and two have a 140-size bed. (Sheets provided)
°Also upstairs is a second bathroom with three sinks and a bathtub (linens provided)

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette villa, en famille.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et nous ont bien accueilli. Ils nous ont donné de bonnes adresses de restaurants et idées de sorties dans la région.
La maison est agréable, bien située, très calme. Nous avons passé tout notre temps sur la belle terrasse ombragée, équipée d'une plancha, d'un barbecue et d'un four à pizza.
La piscine est super, grande et adaptée aux enfants.
