The house is located on the coast of the Golfo dell' Asinara, in the municipality of Sorso, on the SS200 road to Castelsardo. The villa is part of a private area consisting of another 15 houses all with large gardens and exclusive access to the beach: access to the area is secured through an electronic gate, as it is access to the villa within the area.
It offers close access to the beach, which is only a 5 minutes walk from the house, and from which you can reach the 15km long beach along the coast of Sorso. Guest will also have easy access to many other wonderful beaches in the North: Stintino and La Pelosa beach are 40 minutes away, numerous wonderful beaches between the house and Santa Teresa di Gallura on the norther-west tip of the island can all be reached in 15 to 90 minutes, including in Badesi, Isola Rossa, Costa Paradiso, Vignola and Santa Teresa.

The house has been fully renovated, with particular attention to environmental sustainability, preserving old (1975) interior granular walls, installing heat pumps, new windows and shutters that enhance insulation and a new modern biodegester sewage treatment plant.

The house consists of three large double bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one has two single beds. There are two separate bathrooms, both walking-in showers. There is a modern kitchen with all facilities for cooking and a living space with a sofa, both facing the sea and with access to the veranda through large double doors.
There is more than 100square meters of outside living space around the house, including a dedicated area for barbecue and many options for eating outside. There is an outside shower with hot water as well.
